The superjocks cant make the community work, no matter how hard they work. They have to recruit allies amonsgt the tweeners -- people who can do more than just consume, but who cant do the heaviest lifting. Like any ecosystem, it requires diversity. Ask: are we engaging ALL types of role players in our community? We have to create shared platforms that engage all 5 roles: consume, consider, collaborate, create, and cultivate.
